SALES DIRECTOR

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director as a part of the management team will be a hands on leader with primary responsibility to develop and execute the Company’s sales strategy in line with the Company’s marketing plan and to achieve the sales objectives set out in the Business Plan. Other responsibilities will include:
• Overall control and responsibility for the development and management of the sales team, plan and budget
• Monitor activity across sales team utilizing CRM and other tools, ensuring the sales activity of the business are met
• Motivate, manage and mentor the internal sales & technical team to ensure sustained lead generation and to enhance and further differentiate business value proposition
• Align and coordinate the sales effort with the Marketing Director in line with the Company’s Marketing Plan
• MI/Reporting all information to relevant persons/departments/stakeholders
• Supporting HR in the recruitment process to ensure adequate resources in line with agreed organizational structure
• Achieve revenue targets consistent with business strategy and revenue growth plans
• Drive and execute new business opportunities with new clients as well as drive new international business opportunities
• Be responsible of network development with shipyards, Classes, Vendors, Experts, Organizations and Authorities
• Participate in product development planning by introducing market and client feedback and requirements
• Execute detailed go to market strategies that deliver business growth
• Develop and refine pricing models and contracts
• Participate in the development of company business strategy and growth plan
• Interpret internal and external market intelligence and information sources to identify new business opportunities and develop and execute business plans that will maximize revenue and differentiate the Company in the marketplace

Requirements:
The Sales Director must have proven Industry related experience (maritime Industry/IT related solutions) at the Sales Director level for a minimum of 3 years. The Sales Director must be commercially aware, know and follow market trends, know the Company’s products and services, be able to identify new business opportunities, know the sales process from start to finish, have a demonstrated track record of organizing, managing and motivating effective and successful sales teams that perform at a high level; and have excellent sales, negotiation and communication (oral, written, reporting and presentation) skills in small and large settings

Experience and knowledge of shipping and preferably also of shipbuilding Experience in international team work

SALES MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Sales Director the role of Sales Manager will be very hands on and will predominantly be to develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve Business objectives. Other responsibilities will include:

• Expert in coordinating and organising sales teams effectively (Motivate and drive forward)
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, reporting) at all levels MSc or BScs in Engineering is also required.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM MANAGER (SDTM)

The SDTM will be charged with building and leading a high performing organization. A key position in the organization, the SDTM will directly influence the company’s aggressive growth plan. A successful SDTM will be a significant business partner to the Chairman and CEO and others directors within the company. This role requires a proven leader that will lead a highly, disciplined, efficient development organization as well as help create the roadmap for new product development, architecture, and a scalable technology platform. The position reports to the CEO.
The SDTM will be responsible for software development and quality assurance and will manage the operating budget. The SDTM will be responsible for serving as the leader of the technology organization and will lead and facilitate the decision making process for the overall technical and architectural product direction. He/she will define, direct, deliver, and lead the company’s technology team with dynamic development and superior solutions and identify technology trends, opportunities, and assess risks related to delivering company’s vision.

Requirements
• The SDTM will be a technology leader with at least 6 years of experience leading quickly growing organizations
• Proven track-record of leading all facets of a complex technology environment, with broad knowledge of a variety of technology platforms, tools and languages
• Proven management abilities and a track record of hands-on technology and business leadership
• Experience successfully leading and developing strong technical teams is required
• Experience working in a rapidly growing, innovative and entrepreneurial company during an expansion phase
• Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Minimum of 5 years in product development with a track record of building successful products for growth company(s)
• Can anticipate market/client needs, and can mobilize their organization to deliver solutions in a cost effective and timely manner

SOFTWARE MANAGER

The Software Engineer is responsible for the implementation and support of software develpment. The role develops and prepares (in-house) software coding whenever there is a corresponding business need within a specified time-frame.
• Detects, registers and reports issues and problems of IT systems
• Designs and develops new features for the platform
• Guide and manage the software development team
• Working directly with the Product team to turn ideas into software
• Extending and improving existing system services and software components
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Writing and optimizing procedures and functions
• Code Development
• Code Testing
• Troubleshooting bugs and other technical issues which are too complex or confusing for the Customer Support team to understand, generally involving reading and understanding existing code as well as tests and troubleshoots software bugs

Requirements:
• Working experience of minimum 3 years in a role requiring programming skills that should involve the development of applications using Visual Studio and SQL
• Experience in developing embedded applications using the aforementioned technologies will be considered an asset;
• University degree (BSc and preferably also MSc) in Information Systems Management / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline;
• Fluent in English at a written and oral level;
• Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to all levels of business users and technical users;
• The ideal candidate must be a responsible and dynamic individual with team oriented mindset and skills
• Experience writing Visual Studio, C++, or C# coding
• Preffered Experience into Linux development, Java, php, joomla and mobile apps
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to clearly articulate questions and create design specifications

MARINE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

The Engineer will be responsible to emply in projects (software and hardware) on vessels regarding data collections from sensors, instruments, PLCs and SCADA systems on vessels and further analysis of them. His Scope will be to:
• Ensure projects are in alignment with Company Procedures and Directors’ guidance and quality rules
• Reviews and provides guidance for the fixing of issues and problems regarding data collections from vessels
• Responsible for guiding the team of designing and developing new features for the Platform
• Working directly with the Software and Hardware teams to turn ideas into products
• Extending and improving existing system services and software components
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Ensure high quality customer-level briefing materials, project documentation and project status reporting
• Identify project dependencies, constraints and pro-actively de-conflict issues to minimize operational risks
• Direct appropriate communication and integration within and across the departments
• Responsible for problem identification, mitigation and provide proper escalation for identified issues
• Provide management oversight of technical initiatives, including data collection, review and analysis, business cases, project plans and problem statements
• Provide management oversight for the development of status reporting, communications plans and customer-level briefing materials
• Identify and communicate technical training requirements to the SDTM/HR managers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field regarding electrical/mechanical engineering plus 5 years' of related experience
• Master's Degree in a electrician enhancing engineering is preffered
• Fluent English in speech and writing
• Candidate must possess significant and varied experience supporting electromechanical projects with emphasis in energy efficiency from inception to closure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to influence a diverse customer community
• Experience working within agile framework
• Functional knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery process and tools
• Understanding in Ship Sensors, Equipments, PLCs and Systems (i.e. Engine, Electro generators, Flow Meters, Water Ballast, Bridge, Cargo Control)
• Fluent Performance and efficiency systems

SALES ENGINEER

As a Sales Engineer, you will responsible for:
• New business development & sales
• Create a healthy and reliable sales pipeline
• Managing existing accounts with a view to upsell
• Produce quotations
• Build excellent relationships with customers
• Visiting customers on a regular basis

The Ideal Person:
• The ideal candidate for the sales Engineer should have a strong engineering background ideally in Marine environment
• It will be a strong advantage to have a electrical-electronics or mechanical or marine engineering qualification
